I can vary about 5 lbs over the course of a day...Eating/drinking/water retention from a salty meal...etc. They all factor, just make sure to keep an chart so you can monitor your average over weeks/months, rather than getting attached to the emotions from a daily weigh in.

I second what so many have said about E-cigs. But I'll add that you should try the Vaporizer variety (Like a Ego-C5, or similar) These are the ones that have flavored liquids which contain the nicotine. They are much easier to 'draw' smoke/vapor from. The earlier style E-ciggarettes are small and, in my opinion, too hard…

Have you heard of the Dynaflex Powerball? They sell them at most sporting goods stores, and are supposed to improve grip. They are advertised for improving golf hold, baseball, gaming, etc...but I would guess they'd be great for weight lifting as well.

5'9" Highest weight 257, that was 2 years ago... Current weight 206, and just starting to move it down again...yay Goal weight, for now 180, then I'll start the next one of 157, for a nice even 100lb loss.
