You should weight in as close to the same as possible your weight fluctuates by 3 to 5 lbs from morning to night everyday. So same kind of cloths shoes and close to the same time.

What does your diet look like? like what all are you eating and how often, also how much do you currently weigh? Just as a tip before I know any of that walking doesnt burn many calories even power walking so you might need to put more activities in there.

Read the OP there is nothing about actually seeing the weight loss in there so there for it has nothing to do with height. Precook meals the night before like chicken that takes 2mins in the microwave to heat up toss some cheese on there and boil some eggs then you are good to go no more sugars for break fast and all that is high in protien.

Both diet and exercise effect weight loss also if you are closer to your avg target body weight meaning you dont have a higher body fat content then it is going to be more tough then say if you happen to be 10% over what your body fat should be.

You are working against yourself if you are hungry cause you have to listen to your body and its saying HEY I need more healthy nutrients so it can keep burning food. The only way to ever lose weight is to eat healthy and burn calories through exercise. But good luck with your weight loss.

Whey protien is for putting on weight lol So yes its hurting your weight loss, I dont know what your regular diet looks like but if your trying to drop weight you deff shoudnt be drinking whey protien and should be eating lots of good clean meaty protiens(steak, chicken, and Tuna).

You are correct in saying that isnt very healthy because you arent giving you body fuel to burn all the time. That is the first key to losing weight and the second is calorie deficit IMO. Try eating 5-6 times a day and switch out the bars and crackers for fruits and veggies

No you must still do some kind of exercise. Even walking is exercising it causes your body to more calories then just setting around eating which you still burn calories if you set around but not as many.

Eat simply carbs before you work out that way your body has some energy and complex after that way you feel more full then you are and you will get plenty of energy later when you feel tired. Becuase complex carbs are usally very heavy on the stomach and meat also is heavy before a cardio workout.

Almost all peanut butter is actually very healthy for you but it is high in calories so you really cant go wrong and it makes protien shakes taste amazing I use JIFF extra crunchy to just eat off the spoon lol and JIFF regular for shakes.

I have p90x and it will get you in to shape but its a program that you must follow. Its a 90 day program that takes all the guess workout of losing weight and getting into shape. I still use it from time to time to help tone up even more.

Very good list, I know somwone else mentioned sodium dont go get super low on sodium though because it can be very very bad also water is your best friend I consume atleast one gallon a day.

To lose weight you do need to be at a calorie deficit meaning you consumed less then you burned for that day but just like my last post you must eat and healty in order to speed up your metoblism and keep it going.
