You're wonderful, I was even able to follow your instructions. Last question for now is on the spread sheet under 10 pts. at the bottom, what is the rest of the sentence about the bonus for 3,500+ total. Total what. Apparently there is more descriptive language in this row.

Good morning team yellow. Good to hear and feel that we are ready for this challenge. Jane, thanks for the computer help. Hoping to hear of "less" from everyone next Monday.

thank you for updating the instructions. Good luck everyone, I'm pumped.

Hi Jane - I tried to put my weight 297.2 on the spread sheet, but it is only in view mode for me. I also tried to print off the spread sheet, and I could not. Is anyone else having this problem. I am not that computer savvy. Are we going to forward our weekly totals to you? Please let me know.

unable to print off or add my weight in. Will contact Yellow Leader to see if she is adding all the data in to turn in.

Do we have a leader yet? My schedule is really busy, so if anyone else wants to step up it is OK with me.

My favorite color, and I'm a Pittsburgh Steeler's fan!!!!! Black and Gold (yellow)

I was abled to open up the spreadsheets. I have a question, should row A Column 1 be Monday instead of Sunday?

You can make chicken salad. Cut up chicken add veggies (celery, peppers, onion, garlic powder/salt. 2 Tblsp. mayo (lite). Put in-between bread tops, pita or wraps. Yummy!

Thank you for the recipe. It sounds and looks absolutely delicious. I think I will try it with peaches.

Hi Alessia - I just faithfully log in to the food diary and make sure that I eat at or below my daily allowance. I even pre-plan some meals in advance just to make sure that I am with the values. If I eat something different, I just go back in and change it. I do water walking/aerobics twice a week. So far I have been…

hello I'm a 61 year old female who started at the beginning of this year at 320 lbs. I now weight 291. I would like to leave the topic where everyone can discuss a topic. MFP has introduced me to a lot of good people who have the same desire I have to lose weight. My worse fear is every time I get around 220 I slide back…

Hello Alessia: This sounds like a group I can relate to. My starting weight was 320 in January. I am now down to 291.5. All with the help of MFP members. I long for the day I will be under 200 lbs. I can't even remember the last time that was. Anyway, I do water aerobics at our local YMCA. A half hour of walking in the…

I think the original writer was talking about bad food as in heavy in calories, cupcake. I log in everything I put in my mouth. I had one bad day where the numbers were in RED. It was the day that I did not pre-plan like I usually do each day. It will not happen again. With the visual help, I am able to know that I am…

Way to go TROG! Nothing like kicking someone when they are already down. I have never run into a forum on this site with such low compassion for someone else. This is a first. People come here to be lifted up not torn down. Shame on you. Just because you lost a lot of weight doesn't mean you will not ever gain it back. You…

Hello there. I love your topic. Beginning in January I too felt this was my last chance. There are no quick fixes in losing our excess weight. We gain this through eating too much and not moving enough. This is the reason I love coming to this sight and tracking my food and exercise. It was really helped me out. I don't…

congratulations Betty on your choice. Extra hip hippoyaa in adding fruit. You made a wise choice.

Hi - it seems to me that you need to stretch out your breakfast a little more. Why not 1 egg, 1 piece of toast, pat (tsp.) butter/margarine, piece of fruit, glass of fat free milk. This is what I eat in the morning and keeps me full until lunch. The time when I want something is between 2:30 and 3:00. I keep a box of…

You are a heaven sent. I certainly appreciate your candidness and congratulations on our AHAH moment that you shared. It will probably take me a year (or 2) to get ride of my poundage, but with people like you to help keep me grounded I am sure it will be a successful journey. I have been down this road so many times.…

Hello there. You should know that you are not by yourself. I too have traveled the weight loss road many times. I am to the point where my general health is being effected. It may seem like a struggle in the beginning, but each day will get better. I will send up my prayers daily for you, myself and the rest of the MFP…

nsblue!!! Did you really lose 294 lbs.? I am in awe - How did you do it and how long did it take you? I hope you can share your weight loss journey with me.

You post a very interesting scenerio. It has always been my dream to go shopping with my best girlfriend at White House Black Market. She wears a size 6. Currently I wear a size 26. Keep me posted at your site please. I love your sense of humor. Good luck on your weight loss journey. I've been away from MFP, but just…

That's a common ply with bridal shops. They want you to get a dress that is bigger so that they can charge an exuberant fee for alterations.

"processed" cheese speaks for itself. I'll choose natural cheeses anytime. That is the only food that I refuse to eat under the guise of "fat-free", "lite",etc.

On the web site "Eat Better America" there are breakfast casseroles that can be made the night before, and after they are baked can be cut or scooped out. Reheat if cold in the microwave. Totally awesome breakfast!! Add fruit and milk.

Hello Lorrie0217 - You made me laugh so hard. You sound like a mirror image of myself about 6 months ago. All kidding aside, don't look at that number all the way down the end of the tunnel. Live each day to the fullest. Before you know it you will be closer to your goal faster than you think. You didn't gain all of your…

Hello. I find that if I plan ahead when I know when I am eating out. Many of the eaterys have their menus and nutritional information posted on the internet. I keep a copy of the fast food nutritional information in my car, just in case I end up there (not very often). Also, the food diary is a must. I notice that I do not…

I know what you mean. My friend got me to leave a set of dumb bells by the couch. When a commercial comes on the TV I reach over and do some strengthing exercises. I have a whole BOX of exercise tapes. I dusted one off and started using it in the early morning. Good luck in getting a little more exercised in your daily…

All I can say is WOW!!! You are totally awesome. Congratulations. I am starting my journey again, and had forgotten that I had even registered for myfitnesspal. So I am learning to navigate the system as a newbie now. I wish you the best in keeping off the weight. The tools look very interesting. Keep me posted of your…
