I have also started back, TODAY!!! I lost 100 lbs., but sadly gained the majority of it back. No need beating myself up, just get back in the saddle of success again. I know we can all do it. Best of luck in your endeavors. I will send a friend request to you as soon as I figure out how to do it. :p

As you can see, YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I too have gain back almost all of what I lost in 2021/22, but I am back on course. We know our limits. Mine's is not letting those two bad boys in my house (Ben and Jerry) haha. Good luck on your journey, and wish me well also. We can do this, again. I have a coffee cup on my desk as…

Thank you for sharing your story, and congratulations on your weight loss. I do intermittent fasting 16:8 myself. I have lost 100 lbs. since July 2020. I had a small setback between Thanksgiving and Christmas. No guilt, just got back on course and am 10 lbs. shy of what my pre-holiday weight was. I'm just saying so we have…

You story is inspiring. God's blessing on you finding a kidney transplant donor.

I have read these posts and put them away, but came back to them twice! Being over 45 years old (69 and proud of it) I did feel offended by the age bracket. I have lost 100+ lbs. with MFP. I feel and look better than when I was in the 18-45 age bracket. If there was any reasoning behind this distinction, the staff should…

Your story is fantastic, and you look fabulous. How did you do on your marathon? Thank you for sharing this inspiring posting. You have helped so many in staying the course, I am one of them.

Yesterday (MLK Day in USA) in NW PA it decided to have a 17" snow storm. I had the day off from work so I decided to do some meal prepping. I had a friend who needed some medical supplies, so I went out (thank you landlord for shoveling my long driveway so I could get my car out). I decided that as long as I was out and…

Carolyn, so glad to see other 60s are still hanging in there. We can do it, even at our age. I am 69 will be 70 in December of this year. I have lost 100+ lbs. since July 2020. I went in to see about having knee replacements, and the physician said he would not touch me until I lost at least 100 lbs. Well going back a year…

Thank you for sharing your wonderful accomplishment. The proof is how radiant you look after losing 100 lbs. I have also lost that much, and feel so much better both physically and mentally. Keep up the good work!

Those baby steps will soon be big steps. Be persistent, it will improve with time. Good luck.

Love the red bar also. How do you do that? I also fell down the rabbit hole between Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. No guilt, just put my big girl panties back on and have been on track ever since.

I use to purchase large bottles of oil, but since I now use the air fryer more I haven't bought any oil in about 6 months. A tablespoon goes a long way. Here is my recipe for making banana chips. AIR FRYER BANANA CHIPS: Ingredients: 2 bananas, 2 tsp. Avocado Oil or Olive Oil and 1/4 teaspoon Kosher Salt. Directions:…

My dear MFP friend you ROCK! You are "SUCCESS" with a capital S. I am afraid to tell you how much I gained from Thanksgiving to Christmas 2021, and I lost 109 lbs. since 7/20. You have inspired me to get back on the course and keep trucking to goal for good. There will always be ups and downs. Happy New Years to you and…

Dec Start Weight: 237 Dec Goal Weight: 227 Ultimate Goal Weight: 145 Dec 1: 237 Dec 8: Dec 15: Sec 22: Dec 29: Dec 31: Can anyone tell me how I will be able to fill in the upcoming weeks? I think it freezes when I post it. Do I have to repeat the posting each week?

So happy for you. Can't imagine going back to my original weight of 320. I am currently tottering between 90 to 100 lbs. Are you doing anything specific or just using MFP format? Thanks for sharing. Any before/after pictures to share?

I know what you mean. Every morning when I wake up my hands immediately go to my shoulder "blades". They are so angular now. I never knew they were there before. It amazes me what was underneath all that fat before. I feel like my body is an archeological dig!

Thank you for sharing this post. You have awakened the need to continue my journey.

On my 2nd day of filling my 32 oz. glass on my desk the first thing each morning at work and drinking it all by lunch time, and do one lap in the parking lot (use to be a large grocery store area) after lunch. Feeling pretty good as drinking water and exercising are low on my my list of things I like to do.

I have been buying stretch waist band pants and skirts since forever. I had one pair of buttoned up dress pants that have been in the bottom of my drawer for at least 5 years. I wanted to wear another color to work other than my usual navy/brown/black pants. These are RED! Surprise - they fit perfectly and I did not have…

Going to the gym early in the morning (6:00 a.m.) instead of waiting to go after work. 9 times out of 10 I would be too tired when I left work at 4:30 p.m., and opt out to cancel.

OOPS!!! the previous message was for kpforest not justanotherloser0007.

Dear justanotherloser007, your MFP family is extremely proud of your accomplishment. We know the hard work and dedication you had to go through to achieve your goal. I too had a couple of people I thought were good close friends tell me that I wasn't going to lose weight. We I showed them with 100+ weight loss so far. Keep…
