Water & yoga. I'm working on my water intake & even a ten minute yoga session a day really helps for flexibility and its exercise for me. Trying to work on this every day for a leat a week9

I like this. I've been wanting to add yoga back in, but I overdid in the exercise department in November and hurt myself. The 10 minutes a day idea is a good one! I should be able to manage that without injury. Thanks for posting.

So my bitty goal is to get 10,000 steps and/or 13/13 of 250 steps an hour (Fitbit goals) every day for the rest of this year. If I do it, I get a glittery heart sticker (bc I'm taking care of my heart!) on my calendar.
Stretch goal would be to earn a star every day, for staying at or under my calorie goal. But I'm focused on the exercise first bc that's how I get myself to eat better.
lol, that didn't go well at ALL. I'm going for a mini-goal this month of jump-starting my weight loss. if I can go down five pounds, that will be a good start!

I reached my mini goal of getting to 158lbs which put me at an overweight bmi. However I gained 2-3 pounds over the holidays so my mini goal again is to get to 158 lbs!8

Mini goal is to start doing something active every day, even if it's not a full workout. Yesterday and today? Shoveling snow. lol
Also about a month away from breaking 200.11 -

I have 5.8 pounds to lose to get into the Upper OVERWEIGHT range of my BMI! Then I can proudly say, "I'm no longer OBESE!! I've set that goal to be accomplished by the end of February. Today is January 6th. I'm giving myself that much time because I'm a little slow at losing weight. I've faced the facts. I enjoy being with family and friends for Celebrations! I'm not going to give them up!14

I stopped weighing myself daily and somehow decided that since it only mattered what I weighed once a week, it probably only mattered what I ate a couple times a week too...that didn't go well.
So now I've downloaded and am using the Libra app, so I can weigh in, but watch the TREND not the daily ups and downs.
