What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

It sounds dumb, but my mini goal is just to make it through the weekend.
I had a big breakfast today, then after eating lunch realized I had zero calories left for the day. This is where the line blurs between "lifestyle" and "disordered eating."
So if I can just make it through the weekend, that'd be great.
I guess beyond that, I'm almost down another pants size.... so the next mini goal is to be in 34" waist pants at 6' tall.

To break through this 183-185lb plateau I'm bouncing around in. I've been up and down all over that 2lb range for several weeks. Just looking to see a number below 183 sooner rather than later.14

To walk to and from work every day, and lose at least 1lb this week8

To be consistent in eating more vegetables and fruits. I f I am consistent in getting my daily veg/fruits intake in my diet, I think meeting my weight goals will be smooth sailing. I've been in 142-145 range which is where I've been plateauing.
So I'm breaking it by focusing on my getting more of those greens in.5 -

These are interesting goals. I took a break in September (at 127) because my one year of Vida had expired. After Thanksgiving and Christmas, and now, I weighed 134 this morning. Of course I ate lasagna the other day, so I know that matters. My mini goal is to be in consistent control every day until I hit 120.4

Finally read through all these motivating mini goals and now I can add my own…
To get out of the 240s! I have been bouncing for a couple weeks between 241-243. This morning I weighed at 240.0 so I am almost there!!!
Next mini goal, 220, which is what I weighed the last time I was successfully losing weight 4 years ago.11 -
My mini goal is 30 workouts for 30 days. Finished day 11 today15

Broke 225 this morning - excited to see the scale moving in the right direction. New mini-goal is 220 by the end of February.

Mini-goal motivating me right now... run 🏃🏼♂️ a 8k. I have recently done a bunch of 5k's and one 4.25 miler (6.8k) just last week. I'm so close!!5

Oh man... I finished Week 3 but Week 4 is not going well. I've tried W4D1 like 2 or 3 times now. That last 5 minute segment is just too much, I'm sucking wind. Never had a problem with it in prior times I've gone through C25K but I think my recent bout with COVID has knocked me down a peg or two.

It is easy to feel that way in February. I find the exercise is the thing that helps with the blah feelings. I love the endorphins that get released when I use my muscles. I hope you get through the month and have a better March.8 -
My mini-goal (actually, a big goal) is to stay off blood pressure meds. My blood pressure clocked in around 185/100 at the doctor's office a week ago. Normal is 120/80. They want to start me on meds. I go back next Tuesday Feb 22.
I'm a widow, hate cooking, and eat takeout every day, so I'm eating tons of sodium, which drives up blood pressure. One week of watching the sodium and my readings are 125/75 and in that range. Cross my fingers my sodium watch keeps working.9 -
