I'm 4 foot 11, 144.8 pounds, BMI 29.2 My BMI should be at the highest weight at 123 pounds. I still have a long way to go and Mini Goals are what getting me through the Plateaus. My mini goals are to lose 5 pounds every 5 weeks. I just hit another mini goal today. I lost 7 pounds in my last 5 week span. If I can lose 5 pounds in 5 weeks I'll be in the 130's by the end of March! If you think about it 5 weeks is a very short period of time. I can do this even if it takes me to the beginning of April!16

just wanted to say back on track and down two pounds10 -
My mini goal is to move some attention away from weight loss onto body fat %. My weight's gone down OK but I'm losing lean body mass as well. So I'm replacing some of my cardio with strength training (slowly).11

First mini-goal is to lose 10lbs. Next is to lose 10% But doing it just one day at a time.5

To break 150. Again.
I was up to about 165 at Christmas and Monday I weighed in at 153.5.
My ultimate goal is to be nearish 145 by end of May and ready to walk the streets and mountains near Seattle.Being 5'9", I feel great between 140-145.
Working at it.13 -
toning up my thighs7

Weight wise I'm 1kg away from 10kg lost which is a small step of my 75kg journey to ultimate goal but a significant one. Non-weight mini-goal is to clear my junkroom and turn it into a gym. I was given a treadmill so I'm very excited to get it set up!10

Being in the 130's by next week!!!10

I am 1lb from being below 180. Thats all I want for this or next week.
Weighting in at 179.6 this morning. YaY finally.
2 mini goals added :
1)Losing 1lb a week until my cruise in March.
1) Try again not drinking Coke this week. (I had previously been drinking 1 or 2 a day) Last week i failed but only drank 2 in the week. Hoping this week i drink none. Baby steps until i don't have the craving to drink them at all.
I have now gone down to 174 as of this morning. I am excited but going on my cruise this Saturday. So my mini goal is to Maintain or at least not go to crazy. Like my last cruise years years ago i am going to make it a habit to use only the stairs instead of the elevator and be more active.12 -
These are all so inspiring!
To be able to do my whole run route without slowing down to walk. Almost there, after today's run!10 -
My mini goal is to fit into my jeans which I wore the last few years comfortably again.9

I am so close to sizing down from 2X to XL shirts. I love the idea that this is a mini-goal rather than a long-term goal at this point in my progress!11

Twins! I feel like I've been hovering at 149-150 for the last 2 weeks. These little stalls haven't bothered me before, but now that I'm so close to my 145 goal, it's painful. Oh well... we'll get there.8 -
My mini-goal is to tighten another notch on my belt, a key indicator of success!10

My mini goal is to lose the next 10 pounds. I gained 20 since the pandemic began being sedentary working/staying at home. I'm easing back into working out 2x/week and tracking my food here in MFP. I still have a lot to lose, but it helps to think of it in 10 pound increments.10

Getting out of the obese category and into the overweight range...only 4lbs to go12
-
I lost 75 pounds and have been bouncing in the same 15 pound range since last June. I still need to lose another 75 but thankfully almost back to the bottom of that range. My mini-goal is to get through this plateau and get to the 80 pound mark.14

In 2016 (July) at 55yo I weighed 315lbs.
