Losing weight to get under 70kg4

I’m 1lb from dropping into the healthy ‘normal’ range of BMI. I’ve never been above ‘overweight’ but it still seems like a massive barrier.
This afternoon I just scheduled a shoulder surgery that hopefully will resolve severe pain I’ve lived with for 37 years. That surgery is this Wednesday.
I’d love to let that single pound go before they ask me what I weigh (for the purpose of anaesthetic)...it’ll be the first time in a few years that I won’t feel horribly ashamed to give the number on my scale to a medical professional!13 -
I want to fit back into my medium size shirt. I’m a large and also be back into the overweight category. I used to be at obese class 29

Extreme short term, but a huge goal that I recently decided to tackle .... to survive a half marathon try on Sunday morning. By the end of next week, be back in Onederland .... mostly right there, but went off deficit this week and carb loading so sure gained some weight this week, but no big worries. And a little longer term, in the 180's and essentially back at goal zone by Thanksgiving.10

I only have about 5 more pounds before I finally reach 100 lbs lost. I have been stalled out for a while, but I think I am back on track. I am hoping to get there during the month of October. Fingers crossed!14

not to gain weight when cool weather sets in, want to be down by Thanksgiving when we volunteer at rescue mission or go to the beach, whichever we do. I feel so much better with weight down and cold weather is trigger for me.6

Breaking the 180s!!9

Big goal: being able to keep up with my son when he gets older9

11 pounds to drop from obese to overweight on BMI scale

My mini goal is that I have a tiny black dress I'd like to wear soon!7

In one week I get my A1C tested again and hope all this hard work has paid off since my journey began in April, when I was diagnosed as prediabetic. -72 lbs since I last had it checked and saw my Dr.19

I’ve lost a few pounds in the last couple of weeks and I would be happy to lose a few more by the end of October. I’m about 20 lbs heavier than I want to be but just to have my weight continue to move in the right direction is my mini goal.9

I can almost see 100kg. To be in double digits would be soooooo nice. Plus that is almost 'overweight' from being at the higher end of class 2 obese in May.10

Passing this kidney stone so I can get back to my 6-7 mile daily hikes! 3 miles a day is killing me!10

I'm REALLY close to 90lbs down. That's my next goal. My hubby and I are going to Vegas at the end of November, I'd like to be REALLY close to goal by then.8

Pulling for you! 🤞 I will get mine tested in November ahead of my next doctor visit. I am down a shade over 30 lbs since my last check-up in May and have been close to "beast mode" exercise wise since getting through my hip replacements rehab. My goal is to knock A1C down and otherwise improve labwork results to such levels to make my doctor consider changing professions 😉😆11 -

Getting through C25K and already signed up for a race that is being held in my town on Dec 7. Told my friends I would be in it! So there is no going back... not on this anyway.6

My wedding anniversary is 10/21. If I lose five more pounds I will be at what I was the day we married! I am the opposite of most. I gained weight from the time my husband and I met until we were married. But if I keep losing, by Christmas I should be where I was when we met. GOALS!!12
