Mini goal is to make it to planet fitness tomorrow. I usually workout at home or in my apartment gym, but I try to make it to planet fitness for strength training 1x a week.6

My mini goal is to eat at least 3 servings of vegetables EVERYDAY.

Mini goal is to get out of the obese range and into the overweight range, less than a pound to go as of today (closest I've gotten) but been within 2-4 pounds for about a month doing the yo yo, hokey pokey.

My 'mini goal' is to control my food portions. Since my thyroidectomy July 2021, I gained 19 pounds! This week, I kept my mini goal and lost 2.2 pounds!14

Mum's birthday on 28 April I'd like to lose 3-4 kgs by then as a gift to her and splurge on chocolate cake of course9

Starting my new job on April 28th which has motivated me to even be trying to lose the weight (Day 7) and want to lose a stone before I start the role.

To lose the next 5.9lbs, which will be a total of 20lbs lost since January and will take me under 9 stone. I’m aiming to get there by 23rd April 🤞4
