Current goal: Get to 195 pounds.8

It's getting nice and want to get outside more. Mini goal this week: Work out 5x this week, possibly outdoors.8

To break 150. Again.
I was up to about 165 at Christmas and Monday I weighed in at 153.5.
My ultimate goal is to be nearish 145 by end of May and ready to walk the streets and mountains near Seattle.Being 5'9", I feel great between 140-145.
Working at it.
Still working to break 150. I was 151.5 2 days ago. Getting there. One pound at a time.8 -

Twins! I feel like I've been hovering at 149-150 for the last 2 weeks. These little stalls haven't bothered me before, but now that I'm so close to my 145 goal, it's painful. Oh well... we'll get there.8 -

My mini goal is to lose the next 10 pounds. I gained 20 since the pandemic began being sedentary working/staying at home. I'm easing back into working out 2x/week and tracking my food here in MFP. I still have a lot to lose, but it helps to think of it in 10 pound increments.9

Getting out of the obese category and into the overweight range...only 4lbs to go11

I lost 75 pounds and have been bouncing in the same 15 pound range since last June. I still need to lose another 75 but thankfully almost back to the bottom of that range. My mini-goal is to get through this plateau and get to the 80 pound mark.12

In 2016 (July) at 55yo I weighed 315lbs.
As of last Saturday I am now 3lbs away from weighing exactly Half of my starting weight.19 -
To wear regular socks instead of plus size socks.8

I'm getting a hip replacement on 3/25 and hoping to drop another 10 pounds or so in the next 3 weeks to make recovery a little easier.10

My mini goal is to drink 3 liters of water or herbal tea per day and to get moving. I am just back from the gym and last night I registered for a 5 k run in Mid-May. I am a bit scared, I have done it before but that was 10 kg ago... (yes, I count time in weight). Now I need to start training and become active. My friend will join me so we should motivate each other.9

I had a really bad head cold (not covid), but knocked me down for 10 days, went on a long weekend getaway, and finally back at c25k as normal. I just finished the day 2 of week 4 for c25k and wowzah. I will do the day 3 today.

I'm at 136 pounds today, just one pound over goal. I've reached my goal weight in the recent past, then gained a few. I notice a huge difference in how I feel at 138-139 where I've been hovering lately. The closer I get to 135, the better I feel.13

I'm trying to stay under calories, do cardio 5 times and strength training 2 times for the next week. Then I'm getting on a plane and heading to Hawaii for a week, where I plan to be incredibly active but eat whatever food I want! Snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, and yoga on the beach, here I come!10
