What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

My mini goal is to drink 3 liters of water or herbal tea per day and to get moving. I am just back from the gym and last night I registered for a 5 k run in Mid-May. I am a bit scared, I have done it before but that was 10 kg ago... (yes, I count time in weight). Now I need to start training and become active. My friend will join me so we should motivate each other.10

I had a really bad head cold (not covid), but knocked me down for 10 days, went on a long weekend getaway, and finally back at c25k as normal. I just finished the day 2 of week 4 for c25k and wowzah. I will do the day 3 today.

I'm at 136 pounds today, just one pound over goal. I've reached my goal weight in the recent past, then gained a few. I notice a huge difference in how I feel at 138-139 where I've been hovering lately. The closer I get to 135, the better I feel.14

I'm trying to stay under calories, do cardio 5 times and strength training 2 times for the next week. Then I'm getting on a plane and heading to Hawaii for a week, where I plan to be incredibly active but eat whatever food I want! Snorkeling, kayaking, hiking, and yoga on the beach, here I come!12

Finally, I think I'm there. I've been hovering around the 150 mark for at least a week, but I think I'm now solidly 149. I have been losing at a rate of 0.5 pound per week since July and it has been ok until now. This has felt SLOOOOWWWWW even though it isn't any slower than the rest of the weight loss. There's something weird that goes on mentally when you can see the goal weight line on your progress chart. Bizarre.9 -

Now that my thyroid is out and I'm on replacement hormone, I can lose weight again. I have an appointment to talk about a breast reduction in early April, and I'd really love to lose eight to ten pounds by then to show that my current shape is temporary, so don't base what size I should be to be "proportional" on my current build!
I'm not planning to do the surgery till next year early so the more weight I can have off the better for my comfort in recovery.10 -

Finally, after weeks of dancing around the number I hit 139.8!! Happy to be in the 130s:)
Next mini-goal is 138.6 which is the lowest I hit last year before regaining😬

I'd say my mini goal right now is to get into the 70s. I started this journey at 320 and this morning I was 279. Next stop is in the 60s10

Getting to 138. Currently 143 but got down to 138 last year and got derailed so my initial goal is to get back to my 2021 low then on to reaching my goal of 115 by my 40th bday in July!!
I did it! 2 days in a row at 138 (138.2 to be exact but that’s .4 less than my lowest last year)!!! Woohoo! Now I really feel like I’m making progress rather than losing weight I ALREADY lost LOL12 -
Next goal is 135! I have a little chart that I cross off each pound and at 135 and 125 I get rewards LOL7

I have a brand new lovely bathing suit I bought a few years ago at the end of the season on clearance. By the time the next summer rolled around it was too small for me :-). One of my mini goals is to fit into it comfortably by this summer. Another 10 lbs and I think it will.11

60 lbs down and only 10 more to my maintenance level. I hope to get there before July12

My dad is 70 and just diagnosed with diabetes. He and I are both about 20 pounds overweight. We are losing weight together. When I feel tempted, I remembering I'm trying to help him get back into health and live longer for his granddaughters.16

I set a goal in February to lose ten pounds (hard, I know, but I've done it before) and I missed. So the goal is ten pounds for March. I've lost six, and I have two weeks to go...8 -

Broke 210 on St. Patrick's Day - must be the luck of the Irish! New mini-goal is 205 by April 15th. Even better, I can see the first major goal ahead at this point - dropping below 200!

My mini-goal is to stay below my calorie goal every day this week. (Then, if I haven't lost any weight, I'll tweak the goal and / or my macros.) Life in my 40's is a whole lot of awesome ... except for this slowing metabolism!9

Staying in the 170's as got in today at 179.9! Haven't seen that in about 25+ years.18

I have a few mini goals:
1) 4 gym workouts per week.
2) Make heathy food and drink plenty of water daily. I do allow a small amount of less heathy food but definitely have to keep that in check.
3) Get to 150lbs
4) Get to 145lbs
5) Get to 140lbs
