What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!
I have three four:
1) In 7.5 lbs I will pass the lowest I have been in 20+ year.
2) In 9.5 lbs, I will hit 50lbs lost which I was targeting by my birthday mid-June.
3) My original goal was to lose 50lb by my 55 mid-June birthday but I'm thinking maybe my goal should be "55lbs by 55th Birthday"! It may be a bit of a stretch but certainly a goal!
After 55lbs lost, it will be another 13lbs to break the 200's.... That will be a big one for me as I'm not sure I've been below that for most of my adult life...
Now that I have visible weight loss, I have lots of people asking what diet/program I'm on. I tell them it's the "Marie Kondo" diet. I only eat what I love since if I don't love it, then it's not worth the calories. After that, portion controlling using My Fitness Pal is basically it. Nothing goes in the mouth other than water without measuring/tracking and where possible, I'm trying to keep Carbs under 40% of Calories since they are my weak-spot.
No magic bullet or expensive program. Thank-you My Fitness Pal.
First is to lose the 8 pounds I have put on over the last month. Then to lose another 5 pounds by May 15th before we go out of state for a wedding.8

Avoid diving into the Easter candy I bought for baskets. One piece is ok, not 509

I'm going on vacation in September. I really don't want to have to buy a seat belt extender.
Going to a hotel with a great gym and indoor pool for a vacation. Swimming has always been great for taking off pounds. Using this time to tone up and lose a few pounds.6
To be able to fit into my Army dress blues at my son's graduation from Basic Combat Training during the first week of June.14
Get back to where I was with sit ups and push ups. Slid back by not doing any in the past 3 weeks.5
Showing a noticeable improvement on my next A1C blood test. It's in two weeks but I've been cutting carbs for about three months now.8
30 lbs by my birthday on May 1. I have been doing MFB since Jan. 1. I have lost 27.2 lbs so far.10
Would like to lose another 5-7lbs before a reunion May 20-21. Only 2lbs until I hit the 160's but would like to be comfortably in the mid 160's (well tbh wish I could be at goal, lol but that's still a bit far off).9

I embarked on a 'No sweets challenge' this month so everyone knows not to give me Easter chocs6

My 10K steps Daily and at least 5 days exercise above my step goal

After having covid & being sick of other stuff for a few months I'm back. The mini goal is to keep counting, weighing & tracking my food intake. Apart from that I'd love to just finally be back to losing again.5
Just want to stay consistent on tracking my foods and working out. Want to lose 5lbs by the end of May5
I'm still trying to reach a couple of major milestones - breaking 200 pounds and losing over 100 pounds total ( 2 and 3 pounds away collectively). I am so close it's a little maddening!11
