What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

            First is to lose the 8 pounds I have put on over the last month. Then to lose another 5 pounds by May 15th before we go out of state for a wedding.8

            I'm still trying to reach a couple of major milestones - breaking 200 pounds and losing over 100 pounds total ( 2 and 3 pounds away collectively). I am so close it's a little maddening!12

 I reached this mini goal today (5 days late but that’s ok) 😊
 Next mini goal is 8 and a half stone, which is 6.7lbs away. Aiming to get there by 28th May.

            My mini goal, actually two of them:
 1. Mindless eating has been replaced with mindful eating.
 2. Weight loss rate is now a steady -4 pounds/month.
 Embracing this to achieve my major goals.11

            Attempting a 10-mile run on May 7th!9

            To work out five days a week and maintain that schedule for at least one month.7
