I'm 199 today. Mini goal is to be 195 by Thanksgiving, because I plan on gaining at least 4 pounds back! 🤣17

Went one better today and made the full half marathon
Congratulations!
I was training for a half marathon until I fell and broke my arm 3 weeks ago. Surgeon says no running for another 4 weeks. So my mini goal is to heal my arm, regain flexibility and movement. And of course get back to running.
It will be great to know when you get there @tammierlewis - I ran for the Poppy appeal and I think the quote from one of the medals suits your outlook4 -
I posted here a long time ago, I gained a bit of weight back and finally have gotten back on track and am feeling so much better but going to make some new mini goals:
Get under 180 again by Christmas(186 now)
Fit back into my smaller size jeans
Go to the gym three days a week9 -
I finished round one of 21 day fix and lost 5.6 lbs! It also got me back on track with my diet and exercise routine.
My next mini goals are to complete round 2 and keep up my training for the Thanksgiving 5K I signed up for.8 -
Doctor appointment done, and now two new mini goals:
A) Lose 12 lbs to reach surgery approval BMI threshold. Doc was actually very pleased with my progress & thinks I'll be ready by our next meeting.
He wants me to schedule a couple of new medical tests & pick up new pain med from pharmacy.
My goal is to get this done & get the surgery green light by end of December. 2020 & pain free, here we come 🤞9 -
My first mini goal will be to get through Thanksgiving without gaining. Then my 2nd mini goal will be the same through Christmas. Ugh, these are the best of times, these are the worst of times and why do they seem to revolve around food.5

I have another 2.3lbs to lose and I get myself a new Fitbit! Mine decided to stop syncing a couple of months ago so I'm excited! Also, 5 more lbs and I'll be down 30lbs!!7

So, I wandered off track a bit a couple of months ago (finishing my studies - yay - but lost my focus on diet etc for a while). Now back into it, and pretty much back to where I was before my detour.
So my goal (again) is healthy BMI!! Less than a kg away... I hope to see that this month.5 -
Breaking into 130's so we can put our deposit down to get married! 👰🤵7

Doctor appointment in 10 days.. actually looking forward to getting on the scale there!9

Same here, Doctor's appointment in two weeks. This time I want the nurse not to say "Still fat then" (I do know her so she is not being inappropriately rude)9
-
To be able to wear the three pairs of pants that I have hanging in the closet. I am getting close, maybe about 5 pounds.9

I have a holiday party to attend in December and I would like to feel confident in my dress, I know I won't be down an entire dress size by then, but I want to be able to enjoy the party without feeling self-conscious the entire time.12

Just been invited to a 50th birthday party for a college friend, lots of friends will be there who haven't seen me since I was 4 stone heavier. Don't want to feel judged or that I am trying to hide under my clothes.12

don't beat yourself up if you gain a little. I have been so strict with my diet since I started and have consistently stayed within my deficit. I am going to go into Thanksgiving and sample all my Sister's home cooked goodness, including pumpkin pie with extra homemade whipped cream. It will be my first big reward. I'll also be using her home gym while I stay the weekend. I have the mindset to get right back on the deficit horse come the Monday after.11 -
My mini goal is not to gain any weight between now and Jan. 1! To enjoy stuff besides food.11

My mini goal is to run an entire 5k. Currently, I’m alternating running and walking.
My slightly longer mini goal is to lose 7 more pounds to hit my goal of a 40 lb total loss. That would put me in a healthy BMI. I’d like to do this by the end of the year, but my loss has been so slow lately so a more realistic timeframe might be Jan/Feb.8 -
I want to be able to run on the treadmill for 15 minutes w/o stopping by the end of the month. I can finally do 10 minutes!12

17X by New Year's Eve Party!

I would love to lose 3 more lbs by the end of November. I am giving it my all but it is hard. I have lost 25 so far but I have at least 90 lbs to go after that, maybe more. My weight hasn't been under 200# for over 25 years. My healthy normal BMI would have me lose another #120, that seems like an unreachable goal. I have to think in small goals otherwise I get overwhelmed.11
