My birthday is in early August. My goal is to reach Onederland by my birthday. It's doable if I stay on track between now and then.8

Next mini goal is 8 and a half stone, which is 6.7lbs away. Aiming to get there by 28th May.
Well I reached this goal today, only 27 days late! I’m so happy 🤗 Only 7lbs away from my final goal of 8 stone.
My mini goal in the meantime is (hopefully) to see the horrible fat shelf above my caesarean scar recede. I hate it so much because it’s visible through my underwear and also some of my dresses. My stomach is always the last place to lose fat so I’m still waiting for it to disappear even after losing nearly 2 stone 😭15 -
To lose 5 more pounds, 10% of my body weight!10
-
Turning lean muscle into swollen muscle and get over the 120lbs mark10 -
Close to breaking 190 - and I'm within 5-10 pounds of my final goal (unless I change my mind, again!)12

2 more pounds and I am no longer considered obese by scale. I say "by scale" because as a female, I truly do have more muscle than most females. My time in the Navy proved this when I would fail our bi-annual weigh-in at 10 pounds over my accepted weight yet when taped, I passed just fine. 4 more pounds and I will be saying good-bye to the 190's! Also, 2 more pounds will mark 25 pounds lost since April 2022. I have about 25-28 more to go to be at goal weight and a 3.5 month time frame to do so in (doctors appointment...need good lab results on sugar, cholesterol, and kidney numbers). Even if I am short on my ultimate goal by a few pounds, my lab results likely will be WAY better than last doctors appointment either way.9

My next mini goal is getting under 180 lbs and consistently staying under (no bumps back up).
I have my goals broken down into 5 pound increments and only consider them met when I stay under for 2 weeks. It is my way of not getting discouraged by ups/downs. Looking at more the moving average, I guess.10 -

My long-term Doctor told me never to go below 140 even though I am 5.4 because I have more muscle than the typical female. I always thought I was so much fatter than the skinny girls and wanted to weigh 105 or 110. #BornWithMuscle6 -
To get into the 150's, just over a pound to go.
Well I met this goal...just barely at 159.8lbs but I'll take it! Went on a short vacation a couple days after posting the above and had a gain of almost 5lbs (water weight etc. I'm sure due to eating out the whole time) so it took a little longer than expected but not by much.
Next mini goal? To bein the mid to lower 150's.10 -
So I used to have this suede jacket in HS. I saved up money from my waitressing job for it. I absolutely loved it but it was stored poorly and got moldy. Anyway, I found it on eBay and I’m absolutely buying it because I’m going to fit back in it. 😀10

To get back into the 150s. I was there in February. Hoping by mid-July. Currently 165.10

I hit my mini-goal this week of 25kg lost and a third of the way through my weight loss. Next mini goal is 2kg away and will be me having lost 20% of my initial body weight. I'm very pleased with my progress and still feeling confident of reaching my goal weight, although it's going to take me more than a year still. Mini goals are a great way of breaking down the big chunk into more achievable sections10

Fantastic progress 👏 you have made - you inspire me every day ❤️4 -
My new mini goal is to be able to put the tray down all the way on an airplane. I am off to Disneyland in October.
My last related goal was to no longer need a seatbelt extender and that happened in June, 2 different type of aircraft, seatbelts fit!16 -
A mini goal is to be able to fit back into my work clothes. I have a whole wardrobe of work wear and can't wear it. Another goal is rebuilding my strength after a knee replacement so I can do a pump class again.16

I will have a Dexa scan the next time I go to the Mayo Clinic.. looks like October or November of this year, due to being in the Prednisone for life club to check my bones and I would like those results to be the best they can be in terms of fat/muscle ratio.9

I'm 16 pounds away from being in the 200s. I haven't been in the 200s in a decade. I'm so excited.25

Dropping these last pounds. I've lost 112 lbs from 284 in October 2020 and now at 172! Going to drop 12 more and then it'll all be about maintaining and firming what's left!22

I have a conference in 2 weeks with teammates that havent seen me since Covid. I've motivated to amp up my weight loss; still have more Covid weight than I would like.19

My last goal was to get under 200 lbs, I achieved it about 2 months ago. I’m now about 193-195. My next goal is to be able to do a push-up or pull up for real.13
-
To lose weight and lower lipid levels8
-
Getting to my next “achievement “ goal on my Happy Scale app. 1 pound to go!12
-
I did beat swings on the pull up rack for the first time the other day and my kipping knee raises were looking good, though my grip can't sustain my body weight for more than 5 reps (275lbs). I wanna be able to do 10 kipping knee raises in a row and 10 beat swings in a row and also work up to 3 kipping high knee raises. I think all these goals will happen around the same time.
It's hard to do as much about my grip as I'd like because my injured lower back (temporarily) prevents me from doing deadlifts but I've been having great success with power snatches so this seems doable. And losing some more weight will help too.
My other short term fitness goal is doing a sideplank off my knees for 30 seconds. I can do 20 seconds now and I couldn't even get into the position at all a few months ago but it's still very hard.7 -
My Mini Goal is to get into a proper mindset for my upcoming surgery by doing all the things - eating right, getting enough of all the right nutrients, logging food to stay accountable. I just broke my leg on Thursday in a freak fall, hiking an easy trail so my current exercise is pilates 100 in bed every morning and hopping around on one leg with crutches - (you'd be surprised how hard that is). Starting over today for the nth time. I'm all in.10
