    I’m 104.4 kg and I have been 103.5-105 kg for 1,5 years. I can’t wait to see 102 kg and less.

    Have been stuck between 158-161 for MONTHS and months, looking forward to getting to 155 and then getting below that.

    My first mini goal is to drink 2 litres of water a day.
    My second mini goal is to hit 5,000 steps a day ( very sedentary office job).
    My third mini goal is to lose the next 9 lbs.

    So since this is just mini-goals I have 2 I'm working on right now:
    1. Go to the gym 5-6x a week. (Following half-marathon running plan)
    2. Eat better.

    So far so good. Fell off after 6mo or so of solid weight loss, so hoping it won't be too hard to get back into it.
