  • Sometimes for our own peace of mind we have to find new friends along our weight loss journey. I had someone I felt was a good friend make the remark, "Oh why do you have to eat diet food", when we were out for breakfast. It was because she felt guilty loading up her plate with a large amount of greasy food. I didn't pass…
  • Thank you for sharing this post. Hope you have continued on your journey. If I had not known about your before and after pictures, I would have sworn that the one on the right was your daughter. You look so youthful. Keep up the good work.
  • Thank you for this post. You have motivated me to get off my duff and start exercising again. I have used the excuse for too long that I'm too old (68 currently). Have lost 100 lbs. so far, but would like to firm up this body and possibly lose the last 60 lbs. a little faster with exercising. Happy belated birthday. Hope…
  • Stay safe, stay healthy, stay on the path of a healthy lifestyle. Thank you for taking care of yourself and others with the vaccination!
  • I wish you well on your journey, you can do it!
  • You've done it once, you can do it again. We have all fell short on our journey. Not my first rodeo either!
  • Thank you so much for your post. When I first saw it I thought, "Oh no another long rambling post". I was so impressed and moved I have read it through twice and starred it for future reference. You have given me some ideas for my own battle with my weight loss journey. You look marvelous. Enjoy your health, your family…
  • Got out of the bath tub this morning and realized that a year ago it would have taken me about 15 minutes with extreme knee pain to get out of it. 95 lbs. lighter I can get right out.
  • Keep on the road to success. Before you know it you will be posting another wonderful transformation. You can do it!
  • I look forward to the day I reach goal, but I know now it is a continuous journey. I don't want to repeat history and gain it all back. Keep up the good work on your healthy lifestyle journey!
  • Starting again here. The only difference this time is that I am not beating myself up. As a saying I am fond of says "Sure, it's a slow process, but quitting won't speed it up". Wishing everyone here a healthy weight loss journey.
  • Thank you for sharing your jouney here. I have been doing this same routine since July 2020. Lately though I have found myself slipping back into bad unmindful habits of overeating again. Your post has helped me rethink why I started this, along with the 110 lbs. I lost. Again thank you for my wake up call.
  • You look fantastic, and I am so motivated by your story and transformation. God bless you and your endeavor for a healthier lifestyle. You are rocking it! <3
  • What an eye popping transformation. You were pretty before, but you look absolutely marvelous. Love your new hair do also. Stunning. Keep up the good work.
  • Haven't had a drink of alcohol for quite some time now. I only curtailed consumption because I started having flare ups of GOUT (a hereditary gift from my dad). I'd rather do without alcohol than go through that pain. I did notice that when I stopped drinking alcohol the weight came off faster and the gout flares ceased…
  • That's one of my fantasy dreams to have someone call me a "skinny b*tch" (haha). Congratulations on your weight loss. It is a journey that is well worth the effort.
  • Just bagged out about 6 swim suits that were too big to take to the Goodwill. Sizes 26, 24, 22. Boy what a feeling!
  • Congratulations on your fantastic journey. I was 5' 4" when I was in high school here in the USA, but shrunk to 5' 2" at age 68. I also have lost 100+ since last year, and I know the hard work and consistency it takes to get where you are. Again, Kuddos on your journey. You earned it all yourself.
  • being a big busted beauty myself, I can relate. Isn't it wonderful wearing a smaller bra!
  • Where did you get your belt from, and do they make woman size?
  • Started my journey back in July 2020. It took me 17 days to lose the first14 lbs. I have lost, as of this morning, a total of 102 lbs. Combination of Intermittent Fasting, logging daily and exercise in gym 5 days a week (30 minutes cardiovascular and 1 hour of strength training machines). I have had my ups and down, but…
  • So newsworthy. Love your enthusiasm, keep it up. Imagine, you have lost 4 sticks of butter from your body. CONGRATULATIONS!
  • I had to give away all my yoga tights, because they looked like elephant legs on me and looked like loose pants. I'm not complaining, just brought new SMALLER ones.
  • Thank you so much for sharing. I have been struggling myself for the past month with certain things happening in my life. I have also started back in my weight loss. I don't want to gain all the 115 lbs. I worked so hard to lose. I'm up 11 lbs. now, but you have given me the spark to not let the past interfere with my here…
  • I think ever so often during the course of an extended weight loss your body wants to hold back, especially when you reach weight levels that you have never been at before. Just hold steady, and it will start to drop off again. I went through a whole month once. Nearly drove me crazy. I am down 115 lbs. since July 2020. We…
  • Congratulations on your triumphant entry back to the "light". I have a very dear friend who is way thinner than I am. She was getting rid of some clothes to give to the Goodwill. There were two dresses that I just loved. Since I was the person taking them for her, I stopped the car and rummaged through the garbage bag…
  • You are a completely different person from when you started at day one. I can tell by you entries before and after. It sounds as if you just are having a not so good moment. This too shall pass. As far as people not noticing yet, when they do WOW! I still have people looking at me in shock and some even asking if I am sick…
  • Brandon keep doing what you're doing. If it's working for you, FANTASTIC! Your transformation is phenomenal! Listen to your body and not what others want you to do. Best of luck on your journey. Three months WOW!!!!!! You were a good looking young fellow three months ago, but now you look like a rock star! You are on the…
  • Hi, this has always been on the back burner for me. I am an active 68-years-old and 5' 2". I started out at 319 lbs. 7/16/20 and C.W. is 209. I have come to the decision that if I am still alive and totally wacked out about loose skin when I reach my goal (140 lbs. <3 ) I will seek cosmetic surgery. I am more concerned…
  • When people ask you how you lost weight, they seem to become disenchanted to find out that you had to work hard and diligently to lose the weight over a period of time. They seem to want a quick fix, which is what I had always wanted, but came to the realization that it takes time and practice. It is well worth the effort…
