agree :D also go calculate ur BMR (google BMR calc) and it will tell you how many calories you should be eating :D oh and sugar from fruit will not harm you. sugar from bread, baked good, etc. (anything that containg added sugars as in they are not natural sugars) will harm you! also too much fiber will cause constipation…

Just throwing this out there: Skinny (slim, lean etc) does NOT mean healthy. A person slim could be skinny fat . If you live in the US (I do!) have you ever wondered why there are so many slim people with diabetes ? or just health problems in general? Oh also BTW low calorie does NOT mean healthy.

Have you tried dailyhiit.com they have awesome 12 min intense workouts with modifications ( their old site was bodyrock.tv so they just move not sure if they have the modification on their new website i know they have on their old on) :D hope this helps!

Well have you tried eating your BMR (you can google BMR calculators:)) ? I actually had experience the same problem i had stop loosing weight and gained because I was not eating enough :) 1200 calories is too little. You do not have to be hungry!! if you eat correctly you can eat as much as you want though out the day :) i went to youtube n found the psyche truth channel i watch corrina's videos and it help me a lot! ( i know eating correctly is hard but if you r motivated then you can do it!!!!)
