My profile picture is a recent picture of myself and I currently wear a US size 8 or 10 (depending on the store), which I think is the same as a UK size 12. I'm 5'7 though. Hoping to make it to a size 5 again :)

Good to know thank you for the info! I ordered their drinks with the videos as well but I'll be sure to get some recipes to make my own. I am a beginner with stuff but I am hoping to get some results with it and become more fit. Do you suggest getting a HRM?

I am wondering the same myself. I have ordered the videos and waiting for them to arrive in the mail. The only videos I have done are 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 yet I am still really nervous about sticking with it!! But hey I'm going to give it my all and do what I can.

Gross. The only time I would go to a gym was because it was free at an apartment I lived at downstairs. Some of the dudes would wear a lot of cologne and it was awful. Oh and no deodorant! So it did not cover up the smell, the two just meshed together for one awful disgusting odor.

8 lbs in one week is a lot but generally you will see that only in the beginning. You should expect 1-2 lbs a week weight loss. Also if you are weighing yourself every day, take an average of the week.

I use MiO instead, I keep it in my purse and can use it anywhere. It is so much better tasting than crystal light and it really helped me give up diet coke.

Me! I weigh 151 lbs and want to weigh 135 lbs. I am 5'7. I want to lose roughly 15 lbs.

It is great that you did everything you could before getting the surgery. They recommend you lose as much weight as possible first otherwise if you keep losing weight after surgery your stomach will just have lose skin again. Congrats btw you deserve it. You look great!

Yup. I work full time (SO stays home with kiddos so that helps) My kids are 3 and 8 months old. I do my workouts when they are in bed and there are days I am really tired for sure.

I've never really followed a diet plan to be honest. I do watch what I eat but I don't have a gallbladder I really do not have not much of a choice but to reduce dramatically or even cut out most fatty or fried foods. I just stick to foods that make me feel good and avoid the ones that make me feel not well, tired, etc.…

I disagree. There are tactful ways to tell your partner to lose weight. My partner is "obese" but I would never maliciously call him "limp a$s' because I'm not a giant b1tch who treats people I love like sh1t.

I had the same experience. The pain killers (oxycotin and T3) did not even touch the pain. I imagine it was worse for us because of the state the gallbladder was in (mine was emergency surgery too). I have given birth naturally with back labour and that pain was absolutely nothing compared to that.

Well does your Dr think you should keep it? If you are able to prevent gallbladder attacks from diet then that could be a good option. I did not have a choice for mine. Mine was an emergency surgery and had to be removed immediately. It was not a pleasant experience. I also did not gain any weight from it...not sure how…
