Congrats! I suggest eating a healthy diet and exercising (not pushing yourself) 30 minutes a day most days a week. Keeping yourself physically active is fine as long as you were active before you got pregnant, which you say you were. Studies show that being active makes for an easier delivery and I can speak for myself and…

I avoid fast food as much as possible...but there is the odd time when all I want is a cheeseburger.

I completed both 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30. Lost 30 lbs. I am 8 months PP and it was good since it only took up 20 minutes a day.

I am not a fan of Coldplay but I admit I like the song Paradise

For some odd reason lately I have been craving nibs. I don't even like candy.

I imagine those side effects are exaggerated, however, speaking for myself I feel much better now that I cut pop out of my diet. I used to consume a lot of it though, several cans of diet pop a day (I don't like regular pop). I quit mostly because of the aspartame and I found that drinking it just made me crave carbs and…

I would rather be curvy

Funny I thought the same when I read the title.

I don't believe there is any real evidence that supports their claim.

I agree. I am not the best cook but I still try. There are a ton of simple recipes online and I love my crock pot.

Sorry if this was mentioned but have you tried tabata? No equipment and you can do it at home and its really effective cardio. Basically you do 20 second intervals, with 10 second rest, 8 times then you reset for one minute and repeat. Make sure you use a timer, it really helps, there are free ones online: Example…

I agree. I feel those miracle pills or crazy diet plans are just setting people up for failure.

Maybe try encouraging her?

Don't let it get you down! I can relate though. I posted a picture on my Facebook (my profile picture here) as a "before" picture for when I start Insanity and people were telling me that I looked fine just the way I am and asked me why I was doing it. While I appreciate it, I am still not comfortable with the way I am and…

Agreed.

Why...just why...

Absolutely you can be hot at age 40 or more. I am young myself but I know women older than me who look better than I do!

Speaking from experience giving up diet pop was very difficult. It seems silly but it was! Carbonated water is better for you, it doesn't have the harsh chemicals that diet pop has, plus it might help a person transition to quitting pop all together.

It doesn't matter really when you get your calories but eating throughout the day would give you more energy so if you find you are tired try sneaking in some quick healthy snacks. Generally I eat more for breakfast than I do for dinner but of course it varies!

I don't go to the gym, it just is not for me. I have my own equipment and videos and always have preferred to do it at home. ETA Oops I misread your question. In my experience high intensity interval training (cardio and strength training) got faster and better results than just cardio alone

Actually no. It does happen where a mother will breastfeed babies of a different species. http://www.environmentalgraffiti.com/animals/news-10-incredible-stories-interspecies-nursing?image=1

Love it. I do agree though that people should stick to a method they are comfortable with, otherwise it will set them up for failure. Sometimes weight loss is a slow transition by slowly cutting out calories and increasing exercise and that is OK too. But yes, when it comes down to it, a calorie deficit is how you will…

Have you ever breastfed? Not all babies can tolerate dairy and the baby absolutely will get proper nourishment without it.

Wow what an amazing transformation! You look great!
