That isn't true. EDIT: Unless you are eating way over 35% protein a day (not 75g - 100g unless you are barely eating any calories...), then it could cause health issues but it would have to be a substantial amount of protein daily for quite some time.

MFP defaults the percentage of protein to only 15%. You can increase it manually by customizing your diary. I intake around 35% protein.

I would get new shoes. I had an issue with my ankle and I just bought these ones here: http://www.sportchek.ca/product/index.jsp?productId=13078745 It really made a huge difference doing Insanity.

I have 15 lbs to go and I am losing about 1/2-1lb a week. I am also building muscle too though.

It is difficult to know exactly what size pants you are since every manufacture has their own standards. I have two pairs of pants, both the same size bought from the same store 3 years apart. The one bought first is larger than the new one.

Try preparing them different ways. I do not like a lot of vegetables but I try my best to include the ones I do like in my diet. I add garlic and pepper to them for more flavor.

Do you have anything for post workout? I used to feel that way but now I have protein shakes after an intense workout. Maybe you could try that?

I find I lose fat a lot faster by doing both strength training and cardio so I recommend it. I also don't suggest you worry too much on the scale but take your measurements as well. I lose inches while the scale doesn't move a whole lot but as long as I am losing fat that is all I care about.
