Too bad more people don't think that way. I've read some nasty comments about women in particular being "hideous" or whatnot because of stretch marks. Yes I love it but my SO is severely allergic so I eat soy butter instead at home. I keep a stash of PB and peanuts at my work. lol

I definitely do not miss my thighs rubbing together when I walk....yuck. Or dreading clothes shopping and leaving the store empty handed because nothing fits right.

I use Shakeology or Powerbar protein powder in my own shakes (I don't find it as filling though). ETA You can add spinach, greek yogurt, mixed berries, peanut butter and bananas etc to your shakes with protein powder

I drink non fat chocolate milk every day. Love it. I rarely actually eat chocolate now.

No it won`t affect your weight loss. I wondered the same myself until I learned that MFP has the protein intake as 15% as the default. I have an identical twin. We used to eat the same, crap food all the time but I eat differently and my twin still eats crap. Our bodies look different despite the fact my twin is doing P90X and I'm doing Insanity. Not sure about our blood work but I'd be interested to see!

Yes, some "crap" food every now and then is fine. I am not perfect with my diet but I still try to limit these foods. I see people who eat these bad foods every day and think it is still "healthy" as long as they are within their calorie goal. I picked it because that was my weight when I was the thinnest as an adult and very happy about myself. However my goals have changed a bit since I'm actually toning rather than just losing weight soo I'm really not so sure what that number should be.
