One of my favorite meals that is low in calories are chicken enchiladas in the crock pot. Just keep in mind that "The food does not taste as good as skinny feels" and when you have a craving for "junk food" find a sweet low calorie snack, brush your teeth, take a walk, or drink a glass of water. And finally remember attitude is everything. I will try and take my own advice and do better.
