Need Help!!!

I was doing great with MFP until I went on vacation in August; had lost 22 lbs of the 75 I need to. Then I didn't get back to the program and I have see-sawed my way back up 10 pounds, ALMOST HALF what I lost!! Every time I get motivated I let something (junk food) pull me right back down. Please help me stay motivated. I am beginning to feel like a failure, again. Today I WILL post all my foods, measure them, walk 1/2 an hour, and stay on track!! I WILL!

Just keep in mind that "The food does not taste as good as skinny feels" and when you have a craving for "junk food" find a sweet low calorie snack, brush your teeth, take a walk, or drink a glass of water. And finally remember attitude is everything. I will try and take my own advice and do better.0
