  • I have done P90X, P90X2, and P90X3 over the last 3 years and have lost over 60 lbs. I love all three programs.
  • I did it last year and will be doing it again after I get done with P90X2 this September. I love straight weightlifting so I really loved this program. I could really see the results in my chest and triceps. Sagi can get annoying but I'm usually to focused on lifting to worry about what he is rambling on about.
  • It's a Beachbody program. I believe Chalene Johnson in the trainer/leader. I don't like Yoga or Pilates but from the previews I've seen it seems like it's a little more intense than the average Yoga or Pilates workout.

Currently doing P90X3 and will knock out P90X2 later this year 4-Insanity does work. Just show up every day and push play. If you have any quesitons on the Beachbody programs feel free to…
  • I got thru about 3 weeks but then with all the planning I was only able to do the body beast workouts every few days. I'm should have plenty of time this time around and am ready to finish.
  • Do to moving into a new house and planning a wedding I wasn't able to complete my first time thru Body Beast after I ordered it. I"m thinking of starting it again and the 7th sounds like a good day to do that. I will have to skip a few days around Thanksgiving as I will be on the honeymoon but I'm sure I can make those…

  • When I started P90X back in 2011 I was 319 lbs. I had to modify many of the moves and as I got in better shape the moves became easier. Insanity is very intense but I did manage to get through that. I didn't have to modify the moves during insanity I just had to take many breaks. With P90X you are going to needs some…
  • I have had the same "problem." I have lost 57 lbs since January of 2012 but when I look in the mirror I can't see it. I've had many people comment on my weight loss and my girlfriend says she can see the difference, but I just can't see it. I'm not sure if it's because I see my self everyday and I just don't notice the…
  • Are you talking the new Les Mills Combat or the extra disc you can buy after buying Les Mills Pump called Combat?
  • Add me if you would like to. I have lost 57 lbs so far and want to lost another 43 so I've got a ways to go.
  • I was 319 lbs when I started my first round of P90X. After two rounds of it I have lost 57 lbs. I never had a problem with the weight lifting portion of the program but for the first round I skipped the Plyometrics and Yoga and did Tae Bo instead as I had 2 Billy Blanks Taebo discs. The second time thru I added the…
  • 2006 Dodge Charger Daytona Edition. This car is great. Gets about 21 MPG on the highway and 17 MPG in the city. Not to bad for a 5.7 L V8. Biggest downside is that is doesn't go in the snow and that is a problem as I live in Wisconsin. I store it from November to March. My winter vehicle is a 1998 Dodge Durango. I would…
  • The thing that helped me the most, after joining MFP, was to have a calendar next to my fridge and write down/plan every meal for a week or week and a half. That includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a snack. I log all meals for the day in the morning. I then know how many calories I will be consuming that day. If…
