I plan on trying some of everything I like. A tablespoon of each thing fills a plate and I probably won't be able to eat it all. I am not going to stress over one day. I am planning on logging just so I can see the damage. :)

2 Tbs. of half and half 40 calories 3 tsp of Demerara sugar 45 85 calories. I only drink one cup a day, but I want it tasty. I cut out the French Vanilla Non Dairy as I was using too much and it has artificial flavoring not to mention beaver butt as we refer to it.

I don't log them here. I think I did in the beginning, but then I also logged my weight nearly every day. :) Now, I log my weight when I have maintained a loss. I think weekly total is fine. There is a method called Zig Zag and you eat the same number of calories in a week that you would daily. You just change up each day and make sure the totals add up correctly. I am on 1560 daily. 1560 X 7= 10,920. I try to make sure my 7 days total 10,920. Good luck!

Oatmeal... I dislike oatmeal. I use to put it back in the pot, when my mother wasn't looking. Of course that was 40+ years ago. That and cream of wheat, cream of rice. All that good stuff. Blech!

My husband is 5'8" currently fluctuating between 195 and 197. He walks about 20 miles a week and is doing P90X. He is into 6 weeks of it. How much should he be eating and what percent of that should be protein. edit to add: he is 54, if that has any bearing. Thanks
