Honey Nut Cheerios or one of the Kashi cereals that has the almonds... vanilla something. I can't remember without the box in front of me. I don't do cereal very often. The sugar in cereal and milk kill me, even if I use Lactose free milk.

My mother always made this for me after I had my babies.

You look great!

Smocking is handwork (geometric designs or picture designs) on fabric pleated by a pleater. You have probably seen childrens and infants clothing that has been smocked. You can google it. I also enjoy heirloom embroidery.
-
Love your art. I smock and construct infant and custom children's clothing. I haven't sewn much lately. I am too consumed with my health. I will get back into it, once I hear of grand babies. :)

One month three days.

That is great and what a cute baby!

I eat dairy but am Lactose intolerant. I can eat cheese, yogurt, but can not do milk or ice cream. Try lactose free milk just to be sure it isn't the milk.

Also, are you noticing any weird cravings? Ice, chewing on pencils and such. It is call Pica. I had an insatiable craving and had to have those cinnamon disk. It went away once I got my iron levels back up.

I would agree with previous posters. I went through this and was severely, dangerously anemic. I had to go to the cancer center and have iron infusions. I felt so much better after the treatments. I did not know that you can tell if you are anemic if you look at the inside of your bottom eyelids. They should be a nice…

as I prefer the Oikos as well. I like the chobani too though, and just tried the yoplait and it was goox.

I sent you a friend request. I am 52 and need to loose 40lbs.
-
What do I portray?
-
That is exactly what I did and it was delicious. The pico de gallo is what makes it, in my opinion.

Bumping this thread for motivational reading.

Bump, still too new to figure most of this out.

Lose 6 to 7lbs. Continue increasing my walking distance or shorten the time. Incorporate Tae Bo a couple times a week.

Amazing! Tell me how you got started with the running? I've never been a runner and am 52 years old. I definitely want to try it in the future. I am walking 3 miles comfortably for about 5 weeks. I can't imagine running 8 miles much less walking it. Congrats to you!
-
walked 3+ miles this morning and probably will do 30min on the elliptical tonight.

You are so cute and look healthy. If you feel like going for 150, then go for it. I am 5'3.25" and I am shooting for the low 140's or high 130's. I will see how I feel and look. I am significantly older than you and I might not like my face at that weight. I really liked myself in the low 150's. It has been too many years…

Bump to reply later.

I've been making this for about a year. We love it. We do put ours on a Kaiser roll and used mozzarella cheese. The only thing I do differently is wait until the last hour for the Franks Hot sauce. My kids like it too.
-
Are you crazy? Just kidding. I can't do that.
-
I think I am still 5'3.25"... My goal is to be in a healthy bmi range. I think around 135.

I just read about this on the net. There is a term for it, but I have forgotten. (sorry) It is from the foot being in the same position too long. It happens to my husband and myself. Keep moving your foot around during your workout. (front of the pedals to the rear of the pedals. Mine doesn't bother me too much until I…

A frozen water bottle helps too. I take naproxen to ease the inflamation. I have suffered with this for the past 6 months. I refuse to get the steroid shots. I also take a belt and put it at the ball of my foot and pull my foot forward as far as I can, before getting out of bed and then do lunges to stretch the entire…
