If you don't have a nutrition guide, google "Insanity Nutrition Guide", and click the first link (Should be a PDF file.) Read through it and around page 5…
  • I just finished week one and it is amazing. Even though the workout is only 25 minutes, you are sweating like you just ran a marathon. Tomorrow is Staturday so I will post tomorrow to tell you how my progression has been this past week.

  • Just keep on going. When doing Insanity, you are losing fat while gaining muscle at the same time. Don't be discouraged what the number says on the scale because you can lose for say 5 pounds of fat, while gaining 4 pounds of muscle. When it comes down to it, I'd rather lose 1 pound of fat rather than 1-5 pounds of muscle.
  • Thank You. I will try that out.
  • Thanks everyone. One more question. Is it okay to have your snacks back to back. The way my schedule is, I eat Breakfast, Lunch, Protein shake after a fitness class, protein shake after home workout, and then dinner.
