  • Days like that when I'm hungry I eat 6oz of carrots, 3oz each cauliflower, radishes with some garlic hummus. If still hungry low carb. yogurt dipping a sliced Gala apple in it. After that always feel satisfied! 290 calories
  • Favorite breakfast is whole wheat bagel with reduced fat strawberry cream cheese spread, and low fat cottage cheese. Great start to the day!
  • M favorite mid day snacks are 3 oz of Baby Carrots, Gala Apple, and 1 oz of Turkey Jerky.
