  • You can do this! You have already taken the first two steps. First, you have admitted you need to do something and second you resisted a late night snack. You are on the first steps of your journey. Try to do little things each day. Perhaps walking a few houses and resisting a snack or two. Then walking further or…

Was so tired and didn't want to - but was so happy that I did when I got about two blocks out...I only did a mile...but it was better than nothing. 20 minutes and 103 calories. When baby wakes up hoping to get a good three mile walk (with some running) in…
  • Great idea! I'll join. In need a kick in the butt. I find it hard to log all the food on this site - but I will rise to your challenge of working out 21 days in a row and logging them on this site each day. Any guidelines? Does a long walk count? That's what I've been doing - out pushing the stroller with my baby at night.…

  • Okay - I'm new at posts...so I'm not sure how to copy quotes, etc. I made most of my goals today - 10 glasses H20 and a 40 minute bike ride. Could have made a slightly smarter choice of sandwhich at Burger King - but with the exercise I did do - I didn't go over my calories. :ohwell: How do you get the Exercise Ticker? Is…

My daily goals are: 8 glasses H20 make healthy choices today 30 minute bike ride yesterday's accomplishments: meeting a friend for a walk and ordering a…
