    Wow you look amazing! Thats awesome! ... I've been thinking about doing the 30 day shred .... Anyone else have similar results?? I'm kind of scared for what I'll get myself into, but at least buying the DVD is one step closer to actually putting it on =p ... any feedback would be great!!
