So let me ask a question about this topic to set it clear. What BF % range would you characterize someone as skinny fat? I was at the assumption for men it would be 18% minimum depending on body weight and height and I don't know for women.

ive tried ones that's used bananas, apples, blueberries and even sweet potato. All were nice but the sweet potato one was the most filling and had similar amount of calories as the others

Ceres Organic range! (only one i can find atm) it is soo nice and it has only 2 thing on ingredients list, peanuts (99%) and sea salt. Also their almond butter on is nice. Its nice to see the oils rise to the top and then have to stir it through. That's what i think and like to see when you know you have a good butter

There isn't a way. Just take the time and it'll come off slowly, but surely. This way at least it'll stay off

The other thing you can use is a fat burner. Don't take my word for it becasue I have never used one and don't know a good one but, i know some people swear by them and see results from them. It could help, or it could do nothing. Good luck! :smile:

Ah ok. By the sounds of it your reaching your goal. I think (quote me if I am wrong) as you lose more and more weight your body tends to hold on to as much fat as possible, making it harder as you remove body fat. It just takes a little longer that's all.

I still am a bit edgy with sugar intake, but mine is from fruits and natural sources. I am always over by a bit too. As long as I reach my calorie goal and macros everyday, I'm fine.

As above said. Lift heavy. And for guys, I thinks they can start seeing abs at around 10% give or take a few. BTW, whats your resting days like becasue I read that you are doing 45 mins of cardio everyday?

Just to help you a little bit. generally, the aim is to get in 1g of protein per pound of body weight. and i THINK 0.4 to 1g of fats per day and fill in the rest with carbs. for protein though, you can start a bit lower if you want (for me, i did) and as you lose weight you'll find that adding more protein will help…

Yes as it has 0 calories. if u are in a deficit you will lose weight regardless of where you get your food from. obviously you wouldn't go and eat 2000 calories worth of chocolate, chips and burgers because that's just silly. so as far as weight loss is concerned, yes you will still lose weight as far as health is…

either increase intake of meat if you like it or have it, canned tuna is good if you know how to work with it to make it more palatable. the other option is whey protein

i like low fat greek yogurt for taste, health reasons and because it is plain, you can make all sorts of things with it

I use my cellphone as a stop watch and on rare occasions for music. But the biggest problem at the gym is the re-racking of weights. people will just either leave weights or mix up weights in the completely wrong spot and being the perfectionist that i am, i just HAVE to fix it =p

maybe a whey protein will be your best bet and something to look into. just look at ingredients to see it doesn't contain traces of soy from anything
