Everybody's clorie intake is gonna be different because everybody is composed differently. What works for me, may not work for you.

do you like swimming? I get 95% of my exercise from my pool during the warm season. The rest of the year I go on walks and use a stationary rower, but my pool time is my fun time!

I'm freaking out all ready. We dye like 48-60 eggs every year and we always lose at least 10!!! Every year we write down where we hide the eggs and every year they disappear! I think that B@st@rd Easter Bunny is stealing them back!

I've managed some walking but this is the first time I've had such a rough TOM and it has affected the crap out of my workouts and my eating habits. Can't wait for this one to be over.

My old man knows, if he don't want to cook, he can eat whatever the H*** I cook. If he still don't want it, there's PB&J in the cabinet.

It's a toss-up between peanut butter and avocados.

I'm pretty strict about my workout time too. I let my old man walk with me but that's it, and only because he doesn't care that I have my headphones in, and am paying no attention whatsoever to his silliness as we walk. And he walks faster than me so he does weird loopty loops and stuff. Long as he doesn't get in my clumsy…

I just experiment with different seasonings and combinations. Sometimes you can really surprise yourself when you make a combination that seems crazy, but tastes sooooo good!

If you can't be bothered to read the whole post, why bother to respond?

I'm soooo glad that other's have experienced this. When I talk about it, people think I am crazy! The first time I lost weight (220-160 11th grade) I went up a cup size. Everybody told me I was nuts even though I of course had to buy new bras. The second time I had the same problem, up a cup size. I've lost 45 lbs so far…

around 36% right now, haven't checked lately. Started that in place of a road map thing last week (search in place of a road map in the forum search) and I feel a lot better and have been losing pretty consistently these last two weeks.

that sounds soooo good!

google will be your new best friend. Figure out what your goals are, and do the research. I know it seems like a good idea to ask here, but there are so many differing ideologies on what direction to go in here that it might be confusing.

Quite an interesting read. Thank you for sharing.

It really does depend on the area and your ability to find a local farmer's market. Here it's freaking ridiculous. I have to drive 35 minutes to find anything close to decent food. My Wal-mart finally got quinoa. An 8 ounce bag is $4.29. it's the only kind they have.

Cancer risk higher among people who eat more processed meat, study finds "People who eat a lot of processed meat such as ham, bacon, sausages and burgers run a greater risk of premature death and developing conditions such as cancer and heart disease, research shows." I've never been able to get past the taste long enough to down anything that has it in it. My family thinks I'm crazy but I can taste it a mile away.

I'm definitely not against rooming with people with mental illnesses, however, having said that, I would prefer to know what it is up front, the manifestations, and what treatments they are currently under and how emergencies are to be handled, than to find out at two in the morning with no warning.

so you are technically living off of 125 calories a day?
