I got mine from ebay its really good and was only about £5. Its like a 4 in one, has alarm, pulse, time, exercise all you do is enter your details (height age weight) and then it counts how many calories you burn when its on exercise mode. I find it really accurate for the price aswell

I think its just the actual thing of getting to the gym its only a 10 minute walk away from work but once im there its fine. 10 minute walk to the gym or 5 minute walk to the bus stop to go home haha. Im obviously being healthy and eating the right amounts of food and nutrients. Most people on the Protein World diet are loosing around 6lbs a week anyway so was just wondering what im doing differantly
