Hello. Thank you soo much for the encouragement. It made me feel great! I took your advice and went to Plato's Closet and got almost $150 for my old clothes!! That will definitely be going toward my new clothes, shopping spree fund! Hooray!

I know it's hard to understand how I would think 77 calories would completely derail me, but I'm sure how all of you can understand desperately wanting to lose weight and wanting to see a consistent weight loss every week. Just so everyone knows, a HOSTESS JUMBO HONEY BUN still has more calories than that Bacon Sundae at a WHOPPING 550 calories!!! lol my (skinny) boyfriend ate one last night.. and I was pretty shocked to discover that! haha stay away!

From the looks of your food diary, you are hitting your calorie goal for the most part and seem to be on track. I don't want to tell you to do anything unhealthy or detrimental to your body, but the only thing I might suggest is to meet whatever your calorie goal is before you even include the extra calories you get back…

I'm sorry to here that :( I'm guessing you have hit some kind of a plateau, if you change your food diary to PUBLIC I can maybe offer a little more insight as to how you can alter your diet, of course I'm no expert. Don't give up girlie!! you can do it! :)

thanks, JBOTT84, it is informative but I am not following a "low carb" diet I am just watching my calorie intake. So does anyone know if that means I've lost real fat?
