  • Hi DPlum27 - I did Jenny Craigs a few times over the years and they definately limit your fruit - because it is high in sugar and definately does count. Veges were free though. Weightwatchers - been there too and yes you are right, fruit and vege were free there. Their philosophy though is not about calorie counting though…

  • Hi all!! Just bought a fitbit!! Rebel sport now stock them!! Will try it out as soon as I can get my sick kids better and outdoors!! Was $159. Am wondering if people find it Accurate as an exercise measure for normal body movement and steps throughout the day or whether - with that buffer gone the weight loss has slowed?
