A lot of items logged using the app don't have to correct potassium information listed. You can google high potassium foods and drinks. You can also pick up "lo salt", it contains potassium.

I lost 170lb working out from home. You can do any form of cardio from home, staircase sprints are my new thing. Weight lifting on the other hands, invest in dumbbells, barbell & a squat rack.

It happens, if anything it'll keep you on track for awhile. Weight loss isn't something you do overnight, you're going to be cutting weight for a long time. Stop worrying so much.
