Use the "quick tools" option from the diary section on the website. It's easier on the app, click on the pencil, select copy and add it to the desired day.

Right now. Stop reading this and go pick up some heavy things!

You can eat whatever you want. There shouldn't be temptation, you can have cake, pop tarts or what ever your weakness is. Portion control AND staying in a deficit is all that matters in the long run. The majority of your food should be healthy, but you're allowed treats too. It's a lifelong commitment, do you plan on going…

Make your own. They don't have to eat what you eat. They don't have to agree with what you eat or like it. You're an adult that's made a decision to change.

You can find a beginners split routine from google.

So....eat?!!? The world doesn't explode if you go over your goals for the day. Make up for the amount you go over tomorrow or later in the week by eating less or working out more.

Welcome, wish you all the best with your journey.

Depends on your goals. Lower reps and higher weight is for strength. Higher rep range is hypertrophy. Ideally you should include both in your workouts. Compound lifts focus on heavy weight and lower rep ranges. Isolation/accessory go for higher rep ranges.

I won't tell you IIFYM is the best, I will say I used and still continue to use IIFYM and lost 170lbs. You won't be missing out on the so called "bad foods", the majority of your intake will be healthy, you'll hold on to your sanity and for me, I found it a lot easier to maintain and stay consistent.

If it fits your macros, eat whatever your heart desires. Put aside daily calories for what you consider a "bad" food, and enjoy it.

Calories in vs calories out. It's that simple. No single food will make you gain or lose as long as you stay within your calorie allowance. If you're lacking protein or struggle to hit your protein number then drink up!

It's Christmas, the most you'll gain is 1lb unless you're bionic. Just enjoy the day!!! Stop thinking about calories and just enjoy your friends and family and the all the treats that come with the day. You can get back to calorie counting and macros after. Edit: You people seem to forget, this is a life long commitment,…

As the ladies above have said, it's just another chapter. After cutting weight for three years straight I found maintenance extremely easy and have never felt better. The pressure is off you, you can eat more/workout less. You WILL have a lot more energy. Hit your macros, hit your calories, lift heavy and enjoy yourself.…

Welcome, it's a scary thought I imagine. You have all the drive you'll ever need from seeing loved ones suffer and knowing you're next. I would wish you good luck, but I have a feeling you'll make this easy.

Lift weights, track your intake with scales and take it one day at a time. Don't beat yourself up if you fall, just get back up and keep going. Good luck on your journey.
