Attention, this is not meant as serious as it will look like So: - you eat every day the same and think your body is to lazy to know and add the perfect "storing"-process?? Cause that's what bodies do :-) - you eat cheese (350 kcal/100g) and carbs for brakfast - thuna (240 kcals/100g) instead of salmon, trout or flounder…

changing the eating and training habbit might help f.e. if you are a runner => do bodyweight-training for a week if you do low-carb diet => eat a potato or some rice .....

9/5 4 min. can't believe that I'm half way done ... tried my first side-planks and tried to do the high-planks as kinda "planche" (lean body as far forward as possible)

2nd day finished ... weekend is over, so now I have less time for this fun. today: 2 / 60 seconds (underarm) 4 / 90 seconds (2 underarm / 2 high) 1/ 120 seconds (high plank, my first 2 minuts :-) ) day-total: 600 seconds now 1-2 days of rest

So I'm actually doing primal and not paleo - nice to know :-) But btw. to me it has started as a diet, but actually it gets more and more a lifestyle (got Vibram and Vivobarefood -> started Kettlebells -> Bodyweighttraining -> started hiking in some nearby forests -> ...... )

Eating 1200 cals a day is called "starving" it's way from "perfect" you gain weight cause your body is in an hunger methabolism .... don't cheat and treat your body like that calculate your BMR and start eating healthier food I did the same mistake years ago, listening to the "starve yourself to death is beautiful" shi**…

I do strength training and used to believe I have to go with protein shakes and/or whey ..... I stopped believing this stuff .. Good proteins are in eggs, fish, ham, chicken .... so no need for extra shakes ... but if you like them .. ;)
