Anorexia is a hard one to beat. Remind yourself of all the reasons you're recovered; the energy you now have, the ability to enjoy other activities and hobbies without being swamped with thoughts of food, the ability to go out with friends without worrying about being forced to eat with them. Make a list. Set yourself a…

Well I'm late so I'm just gonna go for 2000 calories burned in the next four days.
-
I do have a large frame, and I've never used that as an excuse. I know I'm fat. I do get sad thinking that no matter what I'll never look as good as my stick friends who for sure have small frames, but I can get close and that's a good enough reason for me. My friend doesn't think he can make it to a healthy BMI because…

I pushed through level 1 and I've lost count of the days I've been doing it since I never did it two days in a row (too painful for me as I've also recently taken up running) but it started to get a bit easier so I started on level 2. Oh my word is it a killer. I had to stop an embarrassing number of times! Doing it again…

Burgers. I just don't get what the hype is about them.
-
How long does it take you to burn that many calories in a day?
-
Eww! It sounds like puke!

My mom could never get my dad to do anything... I was the one who finally got him on MFP ;) When *I* said it I didn't even have to push. Try using the kids, maybe? Get them to nag him to go play baseball with them or something? It could be cruel if you don't do it right, so you'd have to be careful.

You can beat this pain. You've felt this before and you've run on through it. This is your challenge and you will win it. ^ And on like that while visualizing a sort of a fog that blocks my path, but instead of stopping in front of it I run on through it. I stop when the pain's subsided and do it again when it comes back.

I take extra vitamin C tablets if I'm starting to get sick, it works a lot of the time.

4'10"... ahaaaaa

Wow, you look way younger than 37, and way younger than you did two years ago! You look great!
-
Yeah, okay, I'm in.

Done, but now every single thing you think has to come out your mouth. The whole world now gets to hear who you're attracted to, who you dislike, all your secrets and the secrets you've kept for other people, and when your insides are having trouble i.e. constipation. I wish I could leave the country.

Looks amazing, sounds absolutely disgusting. It would be way too rich, no way I could get through a whole slice!

Maintained this week which is fantastic considering how bad this week's been. Can't do much exercise until I get my new headphones, which should take another week. Urgh. I suppose I'll go for a 0.5 pound loss this week :/
-
I suppose I should have said *free* time. But yes, it definitely is a matter of priority and even though it's not necessarily healthy I do find myself exercising rather than sleeping most days out of the week, but sometimes after going to bed at 2 only to wake up at 5 I can't help sleeping in

"Do you not want to FEEL fat, or do you not want to BE fat? There's a subtle but very real difference. If you are truly fat, and don't want to BE fat, a exercise and diet. If you are not fat, but don't want to FEEL fat, no amount of weight loss will help you, only a change in mindset." I'm really not sure. Because if I…

Except that often when I make exercising a priority, I find myself substituting exercise for sleep, which isn't sustainable. I really don't have much time.

My big big goals are a flat stomach and a thigh gap. NEVER had either of those. When I get there I'll be getting myself a belly button piercing and a hot pair of shorts/skinny jeans respectively!

Christchurch has had it pretty rough these past few years. Most of the locals down there seem to be handling it fine, but it's really gotten to some people. And then of course the deaths... I remember frantically checking to see all my friends in Chch were safe after those really bad ones... Don't let the earthquakes stop…

As I thought, my sickness was my downfall, with 376 calories to go :'( Still, this was totally fun! I'll definitely make it in the next one :D

I'm 4'10 and 114. My goal is 18-20% BF, which I think for me will end up being 95-100lbs. I don't go to the gym as it's too far away but I work out 6-7 times a week.
-
Last week I was 115. Today I'm 114. Perfect ;) Keep up the good work everybody! (Please don't judge. I know that sounds light but I'm only 4'10".)
