What are you going to do tomorrow?
Tell us so that you're more likely to do it! Tomorrow I'm going to get up at 5am to do 30DS, then dance until 6:30. After school I'm going to go for a run and then walk back home. In total I'll burn about 600 calories.

Like, now. SO much pent up everything. It's midnight soo going for a walk or run is out of the question. Any ideas?

What in-house work out plan/DVDs would you recommend?
I've heard of so many (30DS, P90, etc) and I just don't know which to get! What worked for you? What would you recommend for a beginner?
