Need a stress release.

Like, now. SO much pent up everything. It's midnight soo going for a walk or run is out of the question. Any ideas?

    I find alcohol helps but can see this won't work for all so ...

    How about lying down and contracting and releasing each major muscle group from foot to head in turn.

    I find this gives me a 'floaty' feeling that helps.

    In the absence of wine. ;)

    Magnesium supplementation can also help with stress.
