I found that I couldn't do the whole week's worth of INSANITY workouts while running. In fact, the whole week of INSANITY for me is just too much cardio. What do you do for a post-workout meal? You could benefit from a recovery drink... or just any drink that has a 4:1 Carb to Protein ratio that will also help replenish your glycogen stores.
