I LOVE my body by vi "sweet cream" shake! So does my 13 year old daughter and she drinks one in the morning after breakfast on the way to her dance camp. I drink one every morning but I do not replace a meal with it, I just use it as a protein boost before work out.

Wow! I didn't know this... maybe this is why I am not seeing weight loss this week, eating back all of my exercise calories! Ugh. This is frustrating. I am not going to log exercise calories if this is the case.

Yes, I am adding exercise and breastfeeding calorie burning each day. So in my total daily goal it gives me a range of anywhere from 1100-1700 calories as a goal every morning. Is that based on the previous day exercise? That seems odd?
