  • Somehow I messed up my last numbers :blushing: I converted the wrong numbers from KG to pounds. My chart should read: Goal weight on August 31st :204 8/01: 209.2 8/06: 8/13: 8/20: 8/27: 8/31: sorry everyone.
  • Fantastic, keep up the hard work. Your family will thank you for it having a happier healthier you around for a lot longer.
  • I would join in the chat to say exercise, ( find something you like doing) and a balanced healthy diet, would be a great step to helping, however depression is a serious thing; it is not just a bad /sad mood. Many people need a little help to get on track again. I strongly suggest seeing a health professional as soon as…

  • I too put on weight after my hysterectomy , that I had 10 years ago, however not straight away. I have my ovaries and the reason behind that is that you do not need to take tabs, much healthier for you and will hit menopause around the normal time for your body . My do always told me it is what you put in your mouth , and…
  • I have the same problem, I am basically belly with attachments LOL. I have however managed to lose a few cm's on the tummy since starting MFP, even thought the weight loss is slower. I swim. I do breaststroke as that is kind to my damaged spine, it also burns more calories which means on eat out days I can actually not…
  • If there is still a spot open I would like to join.
  • It is not fair for me to join in as I have no problem drinking water. I live in a very very hot country ( currently we have highs of 45 deg C ++ and evening lows of around 35 deg C) so you need to stay hydrated. If I exercse (swim) I drink a liter duringthat time alone. I would just like to mention herbal teas taken with…
  • What a noticable difference. Keep up the great work , it helps all those out there who are just starting off. Well Done. :flowerforyou:

  • Just start a fresh the next day. On days that I exercise ( about 4x per week) I normally go way over my 30 minutes that I have on my goals. I never eat all thos Calories on those days , so I kind of think it makes up for a slip here and there or a slice of cake. Never look back to things you cant change, just move forward.
  • I can honestly say I as addicted to them. Drinking as many as 8 or 10 in a day was quite the norm. I live in a very hot part of the world so you need to keep up the fluid intake, and my logic was why not 0 calories, I can’t be doing much harm. Then I was diagnosed with a liver problem, a big wakeup call especially as I…
