I'm 5'2 and I weighed in this morning at 199. I wanted to cry. I hate that you notice even a 5 lb gain on my short body. :(

I don't count anything I do on a regular basis. If it's a FULL bi-weekly or monthly scrub down or something out of the ordinary, yes I'll count it. I'm hoping to lose about 1.5 pounds per week to get to my goal. I'm going to be tracking every bite and making sure to get my workouts in. I slacked off for the New Year challenge so I know I have to be more disciplined this go round. 15 weeks is a good amount of time to see results!

Looks like most of you are doing very well. Good job. I, on the other hand, am not doing so well. It's all my fault but I've been playing with the same 2 lbs for the past few weeks. So, this weeks weigh in has me up the 2 lbs that I was down last week. ;(

Up 1 lbs this week. Been hovering around the same number for the past couple weeks (gain 1, lose 1.) I know I'm not drinking enough water so that's my personal challenge this week to see if it helps at all.

Ha, I know I'm getting old but I'm only 30!! I'll try the ice thing and rubbing some ointment on it to see if that helps. Due to hormonal issues, I am on a low dose anti-depressant and hormone replacement. I was down 1 lb this past week. I still have 13 lbs to lose before the end of the challenge, to get where I want to. Time to kick it up a notch!

A couple bad choices on the weekend has me in a rut. I'm getting back on track but it's happening slowly. I'm just taking one day at a time and will get back down, after gaining this past week. Hope everyone else is doing okay!

Ah, I gained this week. (2.5) Not happy with it but know it's my own fault. Made some bad food choices this past weekend and didn't get any activity in. All set for a new week!

Thanks! I figured it seemed a bit high but wasn't too sure. I definitely want to invest in a good HRM, it's just finding the right one. I've tried a couple so far and haven't liked them at all. For now I'll stick to taking about 25% off of what MFP tells me and go with that.

I have been doing well this week. I took a peek at the scale and was down 2 lbs from my Sunday weigh in! I've been drinking more water and getting some light activity in. I find I'm not snacking at night and don't even feel the want to, which is huge for me!
