Omit the herbed butter and you are at 371 calories! Pan seared salmon and sautéed broccoli (done in olive oil and garlic)

I weigh it cooked. The frozen water weighs more. This will drain off when you thaw. Cook then weigh for accuracy.

Along the lines that 4leighbee and kozinskey were thinking - this should have some rosemary grilled chicken! However, adding fruit and nuts made the salad more interesting AND colorful!! If I can't entice my eyes, my palate will not cooperate.

Sometimes it is about presentation! I'm more jazzed about eating something healthy when it pleases the eye! Thie is ratatouille - squash, zucchini, tomato and potato - drizzled w olive oil and seasoned w salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder. Roast until tender. YUM!

Just make sure you listen to your body. If you can do arm work tomorrow - do it. But if you feel like it's too much too soon - don't. There is a difference between pain and soreness. Personally, there are times when being sore do not prevent me working out and there are times when being sore prevents me from getting up…

You are losing inches!! And that's totally fine. Take a look at the pic I just posted in a different thread. I have been on a 2 month plateau until last week. BUT - look at the difference? Literally less than a pound on scale but inches - BIG DIFFERENCE. Get it any way you can and GODD LUCK!
