  • I have been a SAHM to my 3 little ones (5, 3 & 6 months) but am going back to work next week. :( Now trying to figure out how to squeeze my workouts into my new schedule! Anybody who needs extra motivation; feel free to add me!! I know I need all the help I can get!
  • Good luck! I am on my 2nd to last week of my C25K training program, and then I'll probably start the 10K training program. I've always hated running and never thought I would ever be able to run more than a mile. You can totally do it!
  • When I'm craving sweets (which is pretty much all the time), I LOVE Del Monte's Fruit Chillers. It's like a Popsicle, but all fruit instead, and only 55 calories. I seriously always have my freezer stocked with them. Good luck!
