Workout at home then. its simple, you can do just as good at home than you would working out in a gym. if you aint got no equipment workout using your body. Google home workouts without equipment :smokin: SIMPLE! :drinker:

They should talk about there arguments. I mean i try my best not to argue with my gf because i love her and i dont think we have ever had a serious argument. I don't agree that he should of pushed her but i don't know how bad the argument was.

If a person eats junk food within his limits he will not gain weight. Dont forget junk food is not 100% fat it does have some fibre and protein. Also younger people tend to have a faster matabolism and if the person who eats junk food still is exercising he will have a better chance at lossing weight.
