I aint been gym in like 4 years lol. I workout at home I have, Dumbbells, abb trainer, gym ball, gym mat, resistant bands and afew other portable toning devices. When it comes to junk food I just look an overweight person binge eat and it upsets me and motivates me to eat healthy. Sure when I was a kid I was fat and junk food was what I got given mostly, however as I got older I took charge and started eating to fuel my body rather than just for taste. You just need patience and eat 3 meals a day etc and exercise then by the end of the week the weight will slowly come off.

We all should do some form of moderate exercise daily to keep healthy. So it isn't unhealthy but depends on the individual and what their goals are.
