I've always been unhappy with my body and I know have a trip to motivate my to get into shape.. My trip is in august and I want to be able it wear a bikini.. I weigh 155 and I'm 5'5.. I think I want to lose 20 lbs or at least lose as many inches as possible so I can be confident at the beach.. What are good snacks to eat and good workouts to do?

    Snack on fruits, nuts and seeds are very healthy. As for workout any exercise that you enjoy and you can do safely :)

    I find my self snacking on veggies carrots and celery. There are a lot of recipes out there for healthy snacks like protein peanut butter cookies etc.
